Some months ago, he was sent to Luxemburg to learn about skills of managing hotels and restaurants through a cooperation between Hoa Sua school and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
In the future, Quy will strengthen Bagette & Chocolate to become a famous hotel and restaurant of Vietnam.

Baguette & Chocolat is a part of Hoa Sua school wich offers freely training courses to young people in toruism field. After being trained in Ha Noi, they come back to Sapa and work in this guest-house & restaurant for practising and find job in others tourist establishments.
