One way Bamboo can help the local people that it can offer them the job here. Local young can be emloyed as guides for the trips around region. Or a group of local dancers has a contract for the performace every Friday and Surterday. All of them get a good salery and have chance to help their family and come back to school.
Tuyen, the director of the Hotel, said that "We interrest in helping the local people, but the mannier is that we give them a "fishing tool", not "a fish".
