The Tourism Information Centre of Sapa (TIPC of Sapa) is a government organisation which has duty to help the local people as part of the Community Based Tourism Model. We endeavour to maximize the benefit tourism can bring to the villagers. We try to ensure that we help enhance the skills of the local people through education and providing income through tours, whilst preserving the traditional culture.
